ustralia is such a huge country, with so many possible destinations that is it sometimes difficult to decide where to visit for your holiday.

The top destinations would be the Whitsundays and Great Barrier Reef, Ayres Rock and Alice Springs known as the Red Centre, The Gold Coast and Fraser Island, Sydney, Kakadoo National Park, and Tasmania. Each of these destinations have their own magic, depending on the type of holiday adventures you are looking for.

Whitsunday and its 74 Islands offer the visitor a diverse spectrum of activities, or a leisurely stay. With Airlie Beach on the mainland, Hamilton Island. a town in itself, complete with airport for direct travel, Daydream Island, Long Island, South Molle and Hook Islands, or a yacht to cruise around the area, it all adds up to a perfect holiday.

Airlie Beach is a good place to start, arriving at Properpine airport and travelling through the scenic Cannon Valley. Airlie has a good range of accommodation from Backpackers hostels to five star hotels and apartments. From there, you can venture out to daily cruises, snorkelling, diving, cruising around the islands.

Hill Inlet, Whitsunday

The town has excellent restaurants and Airlie Beach Hotel provides a good meal for the hungry traveller.
All accommodations offer information on activities and will arrange bookings for you.

There are numerous activities to keep one occupied, from snorkelling, diving, sailing, visiting the islands, wandering the rainforest.

And total relaxation...
